Meet Our Team

APRN, FNP-C, IFMCP
Tamra Geryk
Tamra is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Integrative Women’s Health and the founder of Ritual Wellness. Her journey into healthcare began over two decades ago as she sought to heal her own health challenges—fatigue, digestive issues, and joint pain—which led her to discover the importance of nourishment, balance, and vitality in true wellness.
She earned her M.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from Springfield College and a Certification in Holistic Health Counseling from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Tamra's passion for integrative health deepened through a fellowship at Canyon Ranch and international studies in Peru and India, where She explored culture, medicine, and mindfulness practices. She later pursued her M.S.N. at Frontier Nursing University, trained at the Institute for Functional Medicine, and completed an Integrative Women’s Health Practitioner Training with Aviva Romm. Additionally, she completed training with Dr. James Greenblatt in Functional and Integrative Psychiatry. She is currently completing and Integrative and Functional Fertility Certification through A4M.

At Ritual she works collaboratively with her patients to support their unique health journey, focusing on hormonal balance, gut health, and overall well-being. Her goal is to create space for healing, empowerment, and vitality, helping women reconnect with their bodies and optimize their health. ​

When not working with women in clinic, you can find Tamra in the mountains or on the beach. Tamra enjoys traveling, gardening, and adventuring outdoors with her husband, son and their dog Maeve. ​

APRN, CNM
Tess Weidner
Tess is a board-certified Nurse Midwife specializing in Integrative Women's and Reproductive Health. She has a passion for women's health and has been working for the past ten years to build her practice caring for women and their families.
​
She earned her Bachelors in Romance Languages at Colorado College and her Second Bachelors in Nursing from Bellarmine University. She completed her graduate studies in midwifery at the University of Michigan. Additionally, Tess holds a Masters degree in International Development. She has a strong interest in herbal and integrative medicine and is currently pursuing her Functional Medicine Certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Tess's passion for midwifery and women's health led her to Tanzania where she had the opportunity to teach fellow midwifery students in the Peace Corps. This year marks her 10th year as a midwife. To this day, midwifery and women's health is her calling. Tess currently works at Saint Alphonsus where you can find her at the side of many mamas welcoming their little ones.

As she embarks on an equally important journey at Ritual, she plans to continue to share her passion for helping women through the lifespan- blending functional, herbal, and integrative medicine to support women through all stages of life. With extensive training in women’s health, hormone balance, and holistic wellness, she empowers her patients to navigate their health with confidence. Tess believes in the strength and resilience of women and is passionate about helping them achieve optimal well-being through personalized, evidence-based care.​

When Tess is not catching babies and caring for women she loves to spend time with her family. She loves the outdoors and everything it has to offer. Tess and her family enjoy hiking, rock climbing, rafting and skiing. Let's not forget the hot springs!

​Julie Franden
Julie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, specializing in Functional and Integrative Medicine. Her path into healthcare was fueled by a deep curiosity about how the body heals, and a passion for helping others live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.
​
She earned her B.S. in Nursing from Boise State University, followed by her M.S.N. and D.N.P. from The George Washington University. Over the years, Julie’s dedication to root-cause medicine has shaped her approach to care—one that blends traditional medical training with functional medicine to support optimal health, aging, and vitality.
​
Julie is currently pursuing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and has completed additional training in comprehensive stool analysis, food allergy and sensitivity testing, and mast cell activation. Her clinical interests include hormone optimization, gut health, chronic fatigue, and longevity-focused care. She works closely with each patient to uncover the "why" behind their symptoms, designing personalized plans that support sustainable energy, balance, and wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Julie is married and a proud mom of two adventurous boys. Her happiest moments are spent outdoors—camping, hiking, or biking with her family—or cooking up nourishing meals at home. These simple joys reflect the values she brings to her practice: connection, nourishment, and thriving at every stage of life.

Kaitlin Cooley
Kaitlin Cooley, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering comprehensive functional, primary and acute care to both adults and children. With experience in caring for patients across the lifespan—from neonates to geriatric populations—Kaitlin has developed a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of diverse healthcare needs.
After beginning her career as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, Kaitlin realized her desire to help patients optimize their health in a more holistic, proactive manner. This led her to pursue her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Northwest Nazarene University, where she honed her skills in patient-centered care.
Kaitlin is deeply committed to providing high-quality care, prioritizing each patient's individual needs and wellness goals. She uses a science-based approach to care, utilizing evidence-backed practices while ensuring that each patient’s treatment plan is personalized to their unique circumstances. She firmly believes that the best outcomes are achieved when patients and providers work together as partners in health.
Continuing her dedication to comprehensive, holistic care, Kaitlin is advancing her education through The Institute for Functional Medicine with the goal of achieving her Functional Medicine Provider certification. This training reflects her ongoing commitment to expanding her knowledge and enhancing her ability to guide patients toward optimal health.
