Welcome to Align, a deep dive into understanding your cycle, inflammation, and hormone-related imbalances through a combination of functional, integrative, and holistic medicine principles.​

Whether you're looking to align your cycle, ease PMS, clear your skin, optimize fertility, or reduce the impact of stress on your hormones, this workshop will empower you with science-backed insights, traditional wisdom, and practical tools to support your hormonal balance naturally.

On this 5-week journey, we'll layer in a phase-based approach to hormonal health to build a wholistic picture of the menstrual cycle. This will include key nutrients for each phase, how movement, metabolism, and stress are impacted by your cycle, and how the most common signs of hormone imbalances show up in the body.We’ll also break down common but underdiagnosed hormonal conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, acne, and PMDD, while offering strategies for self-advocacy in healthcare. You’ll gain an understanding of fertility awareness methods, the difference between circadian vs. infradian rhythms, and how hormone science differs between men and women.

Additionally, we’ll examine environmental endocrine disruptors (phthalates, PFAs, BPAs, and toxins in personal care products) and we’ll also provide low-tox lifestyle recommendations with expert insights from Randee and Tamra. As a bonus, we'll be infusing an East-meets-West approach with ancient wisdom from TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) energetics, the moon cycle's energetic connection to hormonal rhythms, and the theories of red tent communities.

You'll also receive a weekly 30-minute 1:1 session with Randee, a menstrual cycle nutrition and fitness coach, herbalist, and astrologer to help you create a personalized plan for foundational wellness. Through out this 5 week series we’ll cover phase-based prioirites, bio-individuality, and accessible tracking methods with practical recommendations for nutrition, recipes, movement, somatic embodiment, and rest. By the end of this series , you’ll walk away with customized tools to sync your cycle with your lifestyle, optimize hormone balance, and feel more in tune with your body's natural rhythms.
